An employee was using an oxy-acetylene torch to repair a leaking refrigeration line to a walk-in freezer. The heat ignited some oil trapped in the line. The employee suffered second-degree burns to the left arm and less serious burns to the right arm and neck, and was hospitalized.

At approximately 12:03 AM, on 2/24/2025, the injured employee was on a scissor lift and handing tools to a co-worker when he fell approximately 16 feet to the floor. The employee sustained a concussion, a stomach injury, and lacerations.
