An employee was walking down a wet metal ramp while loading a car onto a car carrier when the employee slipped and fell, hitting the concrete and breaking the left leg.
An employee was unloading and loading cars from a hydraulic trailer on a car-hauling truck. As he moved a ramp down, his left index finger got caught between the ramp and a rail, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
