The injured employee was training another employee on how to operate a forklift and pick orders. The injured employee stepped between the forklift and a rack beam before the employee driving the forklift came to a complete stop. The employee driving the forklift turned to straighten out the forklift, at which time the injured employee became pinned between the forklift and the rack beam, suffering a broken bone in the shoulder area, broken ribs, and a facial cut.
