An employee was changing gloves while holding a drill when the drill trigger was pushed. The tool drilled into his left hand, causing a laceration and tendon damage to his pinky finger.

While he was up the pole on a ladder, and then on hooks, his hand touched with a primary voltage jumper that had burnt off at the transformer. He suffered an entry wound through the little finger and out the back of his arm behind the elbow.
