An employee was in the rear of the property looking for an electric service handhole. The employee stepped onto a plastic stool bench in order to see over the fence. The employee lost his balance and suffered a puncture injury underneath the armpit from climbing spikes protruding from a communications pole.

An employee was working on an out-of-service electrical pole. While he was up the pole on a ladder, and then on hooks, his hand touched with a primary voltage jumper that had burnt off at the transformer. He suffered an entry wound through the little finger and out the back of his arm behind the elbow.
