An employee was preparing to wash off a mower when he noticed a clump of grass on the mower deck. As he reached down to clean it off, the spinning mower blade struck his left ring finger, amputating the top 1/2" portion of his finger.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
