On September 6, 2018, an employee was drying the conveyor belt from the underside of a machine when his hand made contact with the machine's roller and was pulled into the conveyor, breaking his arm. He was hospitalized and had surgery.
On March 31, 2021, an employee was driving a pallet jack out of a freezer when her hand was caught between the jack's handle and a rack. She suffering an amputation to a fingertip.
