On March 31, 2021, an employee was driving a pallet jack out of a freezer when her hand was caught between the jack's handle and a rack. She suffering an amputation to a fingertip.
An employee was using a hose to clean a mixer. The hose got pulled into the mixer and as the employee was pulling out the hose, their hand was pulled into the mixer blades. The employee sustained lacerations requiring hospitalization and surgery.
