An employee was performing cleaning duties in the shaker room. The employee was going under a belt line from the chipper to the shaker when their hand and forearm became caught between a return roll and the belt. The employee's left hand/forearm was fractured and the employee was hospitalized.

An employee was operating a bundle bander. After applying a band to a bundle of wood, the press was retracting back to its neutral position when the employee's left hand was caught between the press and the frame. The employee was hospitalized with fractured fingers.

An employee was cutting a board with a hand saw when the saw kicked back and contacted their left wrist, resulting in a laceration.

An employee was cruising timber when he tripped on a rock and fell, suffering a broken leg.

An employee was reaching to reset the drag chain of a conveyor, which was cocked sideways. When the chain was freed, the employee's hand was caught between the chain lug and a piece of metal. The hand was severely lacerated and the employee was hospitalized.

On December 30, 2023, an employee was pulling a pallet into the back room when a forklift rounded the corner and ran over the employee's right foot. Three of the employee's toes were amputated.

An employee was unwrapping a pallet of empty buckets. The employee stepped backward and was struck by a powered industrial truck carrying a pallet of bucket lids, resulting in a left ankle fracture.

An employee was walking in the racking area to check parts when they were struck by an oncoming forklift. The front wheel ran over the employee's right leg, resulting in fractures to the leg and ankle.

An employee was exiting a trailer for it to be loaded when their right ankle was pinned between a piece of angle iron that was anchored to the floor and a long pallet being pushed by a powered industrial truck (PIT). The employee sustained an ankle fracture and was hospitalized.

A tow truck operator was operating his bed controls on the drivers side when another vehicle crashed into him. The employee sustained fractures to the right femur, hip, and left foot, as well as abrasions to the right knee and a laceration to the right wrist.

An employee was operating a saw when their right hand contacted the blade(s), resulting in amputation of four fingers and a partial thumb amputation.

An employee was using a telehandler to move pallets of pellets from a pod. The employee exited the telehandler to pick up a sacrificial pallet that is placed under the bottom layer of pallets. When the employee turned to pull the pallet away, the top two tiers of the pod fell on him. The employee sustained a fractured ankle, three fractured ribs, and fractured vertebrae.

An employee was loading a piece of wood onto a machine when the wood came out from under the guard and struck their arm, resulting in a fractured arm.

An employee was preparing to replace a belt on a fan drive assembly. He went to manually stop the fan and was caught by the belt. His hand was pulled into the machine and his left little fingertip was amputated.

An employee was cutting remanufactured lumber with a chainsaw when a board fell and struck his left hand, causing his left hand to move off the chainsaw. While he was moving his hand back, the chainsaw kicked back and lacerated the top of his left hand. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee tripped over a concrete curb stop in a parking lot. The employee fell to the ground, landing on their left hip and breaking it.

An employee was conducting routine maintenance on a mixer. New lid pins had been installed, and the employee was rotating by hand to ensure they had been installed correctly. The employee's left middle finger was caught between the lid and top of a pin. The momentum from the mixer continued, causing a crushing injury to the finger. The employee underwent a medical amputation from the top knuckle to the tip of the finger.

An employee was climbing down a ladder when it slipped. The employee fell, suffering a broken scapula and broken ribs. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee was climbing down a 15-foot multipurpose ladder. The employee fell about 8 feet, landing on the concrete floor and the ladder itself. The employee suffered several injuries, all on the right side: broken ribs, a broken sternum, a broken temporal bone, broken shoulder, multiple fractures to the cheekbone, and a brain bleed.

An employee was rolling up the landing gear on his trailer when the handle began to unwind and struck his face, fracturing his jaw. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.
