Final narrative
An employee was climbing down a 10-foot jobsite wooden ladder from floor 8 to floor 6 1/2. The employee slipped and fell 10-12 feet, striking against the brick wall with his head and body and landing on his right leg. His right femur was broken.
The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
