Final narrative
An employee was climbing down a ladder when he fell to the floor, suffering a compound fracture to his right leg.
An employee was installing underground pipes. They were supporting the chain binder while the pipe was put into place. The chain tightened and the handle of the chain binder struck the employee, causing a laceration and fracture to their right leg.
On August 15, 2023, the injured employee was working with a co-worker to sort a bundle of rebar. The injured employee's right hand became caught between the rebar and their right ring fingertip was amputated.
An employee was standing in a work zone next to his sweeper truck that had just been filled with water from a water truck parked adjacent to it when a vehicle driving the wrong way entered the work zone and collided with the trucks. The employee was struck by the vehicle and/or debris from the struck vehicles and suffered a broken leg, bruises, and road rash.
