On July 1, 2025, an employee was using a wire pointer to prepare the end of a copper wire that will be fed through a set of dies on a machine. His right index finger was caught between the incoming copper wire and the capstan that rotates and pulls the wire. The employee was hospitalized and required the medical amputation of his right index fingertip.

An employee was troubleshooting the lift table of the automated take-up mechanism on the jacket extrusion line. He was able to get the table to raise up, at which point it engaged and lowered. The employee's leg was pinned between the lift table and the concrete floor. His ankle was broken and he was hospitalized, requiring surgery.

On August 9, 2022, an employee was organizing wire reels to prepare for use in a machine. A forklift was coming through and hit one of the reels causing it to roll into another reel. The employee's fingertip was caught between the reels and amputated.

As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.
