An employee opened a trailer's doors to dump a load of scrap material, then fell through an opening in a railing into an open wood pit. The employee suffered neck fractures, as well as a head laceration (from scrap wood in the pit) that required stitches.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
