An employee was near the copy machine behind the commercial desk when she tripped over an electrical cord, falling and hitting her head on the floor. She sustained a subdural hematoma, a cut above the left eye and pain in the left arm and right knee. She was hospitalized.
An employee fell two to three feet from the elevated platform of a powered stock lifter onto the floor resulting in a hip fracture. He was hospitalized.
