An employee finished loading a trailer and needed a strap to secure the freight. He drove his forklift down the dock to the next sector to get a strap from another trailer. He picked up the strap and was driving back to the loaded trailer when the strap got caught under the forklift's tires. The strap was pulled from his hand and skin was removed from his right arm. He also sustained a contusion and an open wound down his right arm and wrist. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was exiting his trailer after cleaning the inside of it. As he stepped off the back of the trailer, he fell to the ground and sustained a broken left wrist.
