An employee was fixing a frozen sump pump drain. As the employee was walking up two steps, the employee slipped and fell. The employee suffered two brain bleeds and a contusion to the back of the employee's head.
An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.
