At 6:40 p.m. on January 17, 2022, two employees were carrying a 6-foot-long steel crossbar. One of them tripped, and his left hand was crushed between the crossbar and the ground. He was hospitalized and the last joint of his index finger was later medically amputated.
Two employees were struck by the rotary table of a drilling rig while installing caisson. Employee 1 suffered multiple fractures, internal injuries, and head trauma. Employee 2 suffered multiple fractures, internal injuries, spinal injury, and head trauma.
