The employee's left little finger was caught between the door and the door frame and they suffered a soft tissue avulsion of the finger requiring surgery.

An employee was opening a cabinet to retrieve work items when a lamp that was on top of the cabinet fell and struck the employee's head. The employee sustained a bump on the head and lost consciousness. The employee was hospitalized for a head injury.

An employee was closing a ferry pilot house door. The door caught the employee's right little finger, causing the amputation of the fingertip.
