An employee was removing the straps that secured wall panels that weighed approximately 2000 pounds to the wall of a semi-trailer. The panels fell onto the employee causing multiple contusions to the left arm, sternum and head.

On May 23, 2024, an employee was strapping freight inside of a trailer when he fell out of the trailer. The employee sustained head trauma and injuries to his left big toe and right elbow.
