An employee was attempting to clear misplaced product on a conveyor in the packaging area when her glove was caught in the conveyor, resulting in an amputation to her left ring fingertip (approximately 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch).
An employee was opening cases near a forklift that was loading 700-pound totes of frozen meat into a tote dump. A tote slipped off the forks and fell onto the employee, causing them to sustain fractures to the tibia, fibula, nasal bone, axis, and lower/middle back.
On October 29, 2022, an employee was walking through the dewatering area when they slipped in a puddle of water and fell, resulting in a fractured right hip.
