Final narrative
On April 29, 2019, at 4:30 p.m., an employee was assisting with the final pass of torqueing the hydraulic torque wrench when the tip of the employee's glove got stuck between the nut and the tool. The tool engaged and the employee's ring fingertip was amputated.
