Two employees were preparing to pour concrete in the tie beams. Both employees were holding the concrete pump hose when the hose kinked and swung knocking both employees off the tie beam onto the plywood floor. One employee was hospitalized for a concussion. The second employee was hospitalized for a fractured tailbone.
