On April 12, 2023, an employee was pulling a stack of metal connecting sheets off the forks of a skid steer and stacking them on a trailer. After pulling a stack of 6-7 sheets off, the sheets shifted and the metal edge went into the employee's left middle finger, resulting in an amputation above the top knuckle.

Employees were attaching a new liquid valve to an ammonia nurse tank. The wrench slipped and one employee fell off the side of a truck bed, landing on the ground and suffering a head laceration and spinal cord swelling.

An employee was walking past a crossover conveyor when a ramp came down and hit them in the back. The employee sustained a broken back vertebra, as well as a concussion, and was hospitalized.

An employee was using a hook tool to pull a pallet onto the lift gate of a tractor trailer. The hook detached from the underside of the pallet, causing the employee to fall backward off the lift gate. The employee landed on the concrete parking lot about 5 feet below, suffering fractures to the skull and two thoracic vertebrae.
