An employee was conducting cleaning services inside a school when she mis-stepped on a step, tripped, and fell on the last step of a stairway. She attempted to stop her fall with her hands and fractured her wrist.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
