On 7/23/2019, an employee was cleaning a dock plate. When a tractor trailer disengaged from the dock, the employee fell from the dock and landed on the ground below. He sustained broken ribs.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
