An employee was loading feed on a trailer when the feed spilled. The employee attempted to clean the feed and fell off the trailer, suffering a loss of consciousness, an open wound and contusion to the head, a fractured left rib and scapula, and two fractured vertebrae. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
