On August 26, 2019, at approximately 5:40 a.m., an employee was walking down the hall when she lost her balance, tripped, and fell into the wall. She fractured her left hip and was hospitalized.
While performing a medical examination on a patient, an employee stood up and struck their head on a hanging cabinet, resulting in paresthesia related to a head injury. The employee was hospitalized.
On November 3, 2020, an employee was performing a mammogram on a patient. The patient went limp and passed out while clamped in the mammogram machine. When compression of the machine was released, the employee helped guide the patient's fall to the ground.
