Federal OSHA recorded a severe workplace injury at The Krystal Company, 747 Russell Parkway, WARNER ROBINS, GEORGIA 31088 on — Poisoning, including poisoning-related asphyxia, affecting the bODY SYSTEMS.

Three employees were removing and cleaning equipment and fixtures and tidying up a restaurant that had been closed recently. A gasoline-powered pressure washer was in use near the back door of the restaurant. Carbon monoxide from the machine entered the building, causing all three workers to become lightheaded. One of them lost consciousness and was hospitalized.

He tripped on the open floor grate, striking his knee against the steam kettle's drain pipe and falling onto multiple pieces of kitchen equipment. He landed on the floor, where he struck his head. He was hospitalized with lacerations to his ear, which required surgery to repair.
