An employee was operating a saw when it deeply lacerated his left ring finger.
Three employees were loading a 42-inch by 144-inch steel frame onto a paint line. When the frame was pulled from its bundle, it fell to the ground. Its base plate hit one employee's left forearm and lacerated it.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
