An employee was setting the anchor for an ice-boom onboard a derrick boat. The employee cut a line that was holding the anchor chain and was then struck by a rigging chain. The employee sustained fractures to both bones in the lower right leg and a shoulder injury from falling overboard.
An employee was preparing pilings on a tied-off barge when they tripped and fell three feet from the barge to the ground. The employee sustained a lower right leg and ankle displacement.
