On September 11, 2019, at approximately 2:30 PM, an employee lost his balance and fell off an A-frame ladder while cleaning a wall inside an empty grain bin. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to both heels.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
