An employee was delivering coffee products and unloading a hand truck in a trailer. While exiting the trailer, he lost his footing and fell from the ramp to the ground, resulting in a right knee injury.
A driver was pulling a pallet of dry product onto the liftgate of a delivery truck using a manual pallet jack.
