Final narrative
An employee was using a bandsaw to cut out foam for packaging. The sawblade came into contact with the employee's left index finger, amputating the tip.
On May 18, 2021, an employee was servicing a chiller cooling unit. The employee had removed a side cover from the unit to add water when the fan on top of the unit turned on and pulled in his right hand. He suffered an index finger amputation, a possible amputation of the thumb, and a laceration to the middle finger.
An employee was operating a strip saw. As the employee shut off the saw, their right index and middle fingertips were amputated by the blade before it came to a complete stop.
An employee was using a table saw to cut a piece of wood for wall framing. The wood jumped, causing the employee's hand to move toward the saw, amputating their left index finger and causing a laceration on their hand.

An employee was using a floor-mounted vertical sander to deburr a part. The part got caught between the guard and the sander. The employee's hand was pulled in and the sander crushed the employee's fingers.
An employee was operating a wax injection die. The die's metal lid (which weighed about 125 pounds) fell on his hand. He suffered crush injuries to the index and middle fingers that required surgery.
On June 27, 2024, an employee was assembling a completed mold top weighing 1,261 pounds. The hook from the hoist was under tension. She went to adjust the hook and it moved, catching her left thumb against the mold top. She sustained an amputation to the tip of the thumb.
An employee was changing a die in a press when the die slipped and crushed the employee's left index finger. The employee sustained an open facture of the tuft of the left distal phalanx and a partial amputation.
