An employee was closing the roll-up door on the back of a delivery truck. The door slammed on his right hand, causing a partial amputation to the little finger.
An employee was picking cases in a four-deep pallet location with two pallets left in it. As the employee was taking two cases off one of the pallets, their weight pulled the employee off the second level of the modular line. The employee landed on the floor and suffered a broken right wrist.
