An employee was moving a scrap cart away from the machine where he was stationed when the fifth digit on his left hand was caught between the cart and the machine and the fingertip was amputated.

On April 30, 2025, a field service engineer was working on robots in a cell when the line faulted. The engineer went to unjam the line and the machine caused an amputation to their left index fingertip (about 3/4" total from the fingertip). The machine was not locked out/tagged out at the time.
