Final narrative
An employee was locking up the building to leave work for the day. As he was exiting the building, he tripped on floor mats at the door that had become bunched up. He fell towards the loading dock and dock stairs. He reached out to grab the stair hand rail but broke his wrist and fell off the dock to the concrete driveway, landing on and fracturing his hip.
