On December 2, 2019, an employee was moving tables around in the dining room when she tripped over a chair and fell to the floor, resulting in a fractured right hip and hospitalization.
At about 9:20 a.m. on August 1, 2019, an employee slipped on a spot of water in a hallway and fell, suffering a torn right hamstring. The employee was hospitalized.
