An employee fell from a semi cab while climbing out.
On July 8, 2022, at 7:00 PM, an employee was entering his truck to retrieve paperwork when he slipped off the step of the truck and fell onto the pavement. The employee's left wrist was fractured.
An employee was clearing debris from a conveyor belt using a 2 X 4. The 2 X 4 was sucked into the machine along with the employee's body, injuring his left arm and shoulder, his head, and causing part of his left ring finger to be amputated.
