On May 23, 2024, an employee was strapping freight inside of a trailer when he fell out of the trailer. The employee sustained head trauma and injuries to his left big toe and right elbow.
An employee was preparing to offload a trailer that was backing up to a dock. As the employee opened the trailer doors, a 300- to 400-pound steel rack containing parts fell onto the employee, pinning him to the ground.
