While helping a client out of a paratransit vehicle, an employee was knocked to the ground and suffered a broken leg.
On September 25, 2023, an employee was working in the body department installing doors, hoods, and tailgates. The employee finished their shift and was hospitalized later that evening for a back injury.
On 6/23/2025, an employee was walking when her shoe caught on the flat tile floor and she struck the office door next to her desk. The employee sustained fractured shoulders and required surgery.
