An employee was receiving training on how to operate a pallet jack when the employee was struck by the pallet jack, suffering a broken left ankle that required hospitalization.
On April 8, 2025, an employee was unloading 40-pound boxes from a trailer. He fell out of the trailer to the ground about 4 feet below, suffering a lower lumbar fracture.
An employee was opening the lift gate on a tractor-trailer when the gate came down and caught their right middle finger, lacerating it. This resulted in amputation of the fingertip.
An employee was operating an electric pallet jack, taking it to be charged. When the employee dismounted the pallet jack, his right foot became caught under the pallet jack, fracturing his right ankle. The employee was hospitalized.
