Once outside the customer assaulted the employee, resulting in a nasal fracture, laceration to the nasal bridge, contusion, and a headache.

An employee was walking across a floor that had just been mopped when he slipped and fell to the floor, fracturing his right hip and requiring hospitalization. "Wet floor" signs were posted at the time of the incident.
