An employee was using the bagel slicing machine when a bagel got stuck. The employee was removing the bagel when their right middle fingertip was amputated.
An employee was speaking to coworkers when a customer approached the employee regarding what was being said. The customer became agitated. The employee attempted to de-escalate the situation and asked the customer to step outside.
