An employee was getting out of a forklift truck when he slipped on ice and fell, breaking his leg.
On December 12, 2018, a maintenance technician was performing piping work on a rail car when approximately 85 pounds of chlorine gas was released. Another employee in the area breathed the chlorine and was hospitalized for acute respiratory problems.
