Two driver employees were riding a lift gate from the ground to the trailer's edge. As they were traveling up, one employee reached down to lift up the trailer's roll up door. While reaching for the trailer's door, the employee's left foot got caught between the lift gate and the back of the trailer. Three toes on the employee's left foot were broken and the employee was hospitalized.
