An employee was disconnecting steam lines from a bulk liquid trailer. He disconnected a steam line located on a vapor recovery line when hot steam blew back onto him, resulting in burns to the left side of his abdomen, as well as his left arm and leg. The employee was hospitalized.

On April 28, 2025, an employee was unhooking a chemical transfer hose from the unloading valve on a tanker trailer when 45% caustic potash liquid fell onto the employee's left boot, resulting in chemical burns to the employee's foot.
A driver was trying to tighten a washout cap on a cargo tank trailer when the washout cap blew off and startled him. He fell off the trailer and broke his right femur, separated his left shoulder and sustained a spleen injury.
