On September 16, 2025, an employee was building and setting wood forms for an upcoming concrete pour. They were using a circular saw to cut a 2-by-4 piece of wood when the saw kicked back and contacted their left little fingertip, resulting in an amputation between the distal joint and the nailbed.

An employee was assisting a boat captain with bringing in a 4-foot bull shark that had been caught on a fishing line. The employee reached down over the side of the boat and contacted the shark's mouth. The shark's teeth lacerated the employee's right middle finger.

Employees were repairing a guardrail system which had been damaged by back-fill soil material. A skid-steer was removing soil from the guardrail system while the injured employee was pulling a stanchion out and away from the skid-steer bucket. The bucket caught the employee's right index finger against the stanchion; the fingertip was amputated.

An employee was loading a 4-inch wooden door into a pickup truck when he felt a pop in his right side behind his shoulder blade. He was hospitalized later that day and underwent surgery, having suffered a collapsed right lung.
