Employees were repairing a guardrail system which had been damaged by back-fill soil material. A skid-steer was removing soil from the guardrail system while the injured employee was pulling a stanchion out and away from the skid-steer bucket. The bucket caught the employee's right index finger against the stanchion; the fingertip was amputated.

On September 16, 2025, an employee was building and setting wood forms for an upcoming concrete pour. They were using a circular saw to cut a 2-by-4 piece of wood when the saw kicked back and contacted their left little fingertip, resulting in an amputation between the distal joint and the nailbed.
