On April 2, 2020, at approximately 2:45 PM, an employee was climbing up a portable ladder to inspect a flood gauge on a tank when he slipped and fell to the concrete floor. He was hospitalized with a compression fracture on his back.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
