On April 21, 2020, an employee had just completed preventive maintenance on a conveyor's belt and bearings, and was checking how the belt was tracking, when a powered roller in the middle of the belt caught his right thumb. He suffered a degloving that resulted in a partial amputation of the thumb tip.
