An employee was adjusting the chain on an arm pole when the employee's right ring finger was caught between the pole and its stand and fractured.
An employee was using a crane to move a pole through the squaring press for the third pressing operation. The attachments used to support the pole fell. The top attachment, the die, which supports the knuckle of the pole and weighs approximately 125 pounds, stuck the employee's ankle just above his metatarsal guard.
